THIS GAME IS GOATED! I AM A HUGE FAN OF THE GAMEPLAY EXPERIENCE AND BALLOON WORLD. I ENJOY THE GAME EVEN THOUGH IT IS OUTDATED NOW. THE ONLY REASON IT IS 90% IS BALLOON WORLD, I KEEP ON GETTING COINS BECAUSE PEOPLE CAN"T FIND MY BALLOONS. WOULD RECCOMEND FOR ANY MARIO FANS!

Good game. Nevertheless, there was some flaws about it that it didn't make sense at all. Bowser was a giant asshole in the game but easy to beat. What I could say is that the company did make a game better than Mario 3D World. I hope some games are better than this. I might play Donkey Kong's new game after this. Great Job!

Super Mario Odyssey is a brilliant game, yet it often feels bizarre in a way that Mario games don't usually capture. There's an eclectic, "anything goes" sense to the game, and while it can be jarring, it allows for some really interesting ideas. Using your hat (Cappy) to possess creatures and things in the world is very strange, but opens up a lot of interesting gameplay possibilities, and the extreme variety of the worlds that you visit helps keep things interesting as well. This game is chock full of new ideas and new gameplay twists, and it never gets boring.

There is also a huge amount of content in this game. By the time I called it quits I had collected a whopping 659 moons, which I'd say is still maybe only 80-85% of the moons there are to collect. After finishing the game, you're treated to a bunch of new moons to collect on each world, which, alongside some other post-game changes, makes revisiting all the stages a lot of fun.

Super Mario Odyssey feels like Super Mario 64 on LSD. A lot of the core gameplay is familiar, but there are so many weird ideas and new twists that it just feels wonderful and strange. I had a consistently great time playing through Odyssey, and although I don't feel like grinding out the last hundred plus moons, I do think it's an amazing game and time well spent. I have no significant complaints, and would happily recommend it to anybody who owns a Nintendo Switch.

Gameplay and most of the levels are awesome, few levels are frustrating but still 90% of the levels are so much fun
Save mechanism could be improved because on the end game there were points where you could fail easily but you have to go through so much redundant enemies to get to that failed point

I beat story and the boss rematches. I did not bother with further exploration to get all the moons.

-2 bosses were too easy
-1 annoying camera that tries to auto-adjust to where you're running even though you want to adjust it otherwise, no settings to disable
-1 boring story
-1 puzzles were too easy, it felt like i was just running through the game for the most part
+0 the physics was annoying at times, but that is probably as intended and this is just not my type of game
+1 game was short and sweet, did not drag on
+1 game mechanics, each location had new things to do since you can control monsters

Visualmente el juego es hermoso, divertido, la musica es excelente. Todos los niveles se sienten vivos y divertidos de ir recorriendo. Los puntos negativos serian su baja dificultadad, los jefes que no son nada memorables ni dificiles,y que le bajaron el valor a las estrellas como tal. El juego te pide muy poco para pasarlo. Fuera de eso la jugabilidad es muy placentera, aunque tambien se le critica que no te fuerza tener que saber usar a Cappy, no tiene saltos obligatorios que solo se puedan hacer con el. Aun así sube muchos puntos por saber cubrir todos los mapas posibles como en Super Mario 64. El final es muy bueno. Puntaje de 94.

I genuinely don't know what to say. I have enjoyed every second of Super Mario Odyssey. The music moved me way more than I thought it would, specially the Moon Kingdom song (Honeylune Ridge), although that is not that surprising because I have a Nintendo Alarmo that I use that has many sounds from this game. I'm so glad I gave this masterpiece of a game a second chance in 2025 after feeling lost in it for the many years I have had it (since day 1). Beautiful

Finding the Moon collectibles is filled with many exciting moments. The chase across many worlds to stop Bowser from marrying Princess Peach is awesome. The game is on the shorter side, but it's one of the best platforming games you can play.

Tellement bon, Mario est juste un rêve absolu à juste faire sauter autour, et la créativité est vraiment incroyable dans les environnements et les lunes principales. Justement, le petit problème que j'ai c'est le contenu filler, mais en même temps tu le fais ou tu le fais pas, c'est en option anyway. Mais n'empêche ça aurait pu être mieux exécuté.

Mario Odyssey exala diversão, é videogame em sua essência, sem complicações ou uma história mirabolante, consegue te prender focado em uma tela por horas e horas.
A arte do jogo é belíssima, com ótimas músicas e uma identidade única. É um jogo que pode agradar os players mais casuais e estressar os players mais competitivos ao mesmo tempo, sem causar em nenhum dos dois aquele sentimento de "o jogo não é para mim".
Foi uma ótima surpresa jogá-lo e parece-me ser um bom convite para fazer 100% nesse jogo. No fim, o jogo é simples no melhor dos sentidos, apenas jogue e se divirta.

I completed the game completely, Every moon, Every Item from the shop, 99 moons from every shop.

Everyone glazes this game to an oblivion but it's honestly deserved, This game is near perfect. Everything from the movement, mechanics, soundtrack and world building is outstanding. There is slightly too many moons and some of them feel like pointless filler but its still an amazing game, even too 100% even when there is a couple of moons (the 100 point challenge ones) which are a pain in the neck to get.

Probably the first Mario game I actually finished playing. Amazing experience from start to finish. Made me love 3D platformer. The only caveat was that I played on Assist Mode cos I suck when playing platformers.

I absolutely adore this game, controlling Mario is so smooth and fluid and it's only further heightened by the sprawling playgrounds the game gives you. Each kingdom was visually distinct and appealing, all the captures were easy to control and effectively served to vary the gameplay. Music was catchy and collecting every single moon was a joy. One of the best of the year

Plus, the gameplay is amazing and the game looks insanely good. Totally worth it, it’s hard to find anything that even comes close to what Mario Odyssey is.

Super Mario Odyssey spans an expanse adventure from an array of diverse locations/kingdoms. The regular power-ups have been left out this time around and replaced with a new "posses" mechanic, offering fun variations to puzzles and traversal.

Unfortunately, quite a few of the bosses were bland and repetitive. I must have fought the same 4 bosses 3 times. The replay-ability is great, you can easily sink 40-60 hours into this game, though the quality takes a hit after the 20-hour mark. There is something hidden in almost every corner, great fun! Overall, this is one of the better Mario games around! 8,5/10

- Les pays des nuages, ruines, et perdu sont quasiment inexploités
- MAIS CE PAYS DE LA CUISINE DE MERDE LÀ Y'EN A DES LUNES HEIN
- Trop de lunes inintéressantes, beaucoup trop même
- Des boss très peu charismatiques (un oiseau autiste et un robot tutu-fleur on ronfle)
- Et celui là il est sûrement personnel, mais la chasse aux ballons, sérieusement, 50 étoiles, par pitié sortez moi de là

Donc le 100% est fait mais le 100%+...
Ça reste un très bon Mario 3D
